This Manual Hydraulic Patient Lift from Medline is a solid, cost-effective alternative to its power electric counterparts. The manual patient lift uses a set of lever systems for proper operation and has a six-point cradle system that works with basic or strap style slings. The hydraulic lift is able to safely and easily lift patients from a bed, bath, chair, commode, or even the floor, and transfer them in a safe and comfortable manner. The rear casters can be locked to provide additional safety for both the user and caretaker. This manual patient lift is able to support up to 400 pounds.
This hydraulic patient lift can use slings with straps (4 or 6-point). Unlike Lifts that use a "single bar" or "clothes hanger" type hook systems that can "pinch" the patient, this 6-Point Cradle uses wider spreaders so the straps are further apart to prevent the pinching effect. 4-Point Slings work well with this Lift.
