The STA450 has an expandable base, and a weight capacity of 450 lbs.
The STA450 is Bestcare’s premier solution for Standing Transfer Aids. In addition to the benefits of the STA400, the STA450 has a higher weight capacity at 450 lb. and has an expandable base. Together these two features allow caregivers to provide care for a wider range of residents as well as greater access to residents in more challenging environments.
The Bestcare STA450 Standing Transfer Aid is not a lift. There is no lifting or pivoting action, as it is a rigid transporting for patients that have the ability to stand. The patient must be able to stand up on their own. Once standing, you can use this device to transport the patient. The black pads on the end of the device rotate around the frame and behind the patient to form a seat and prevent the patient from falling backward.
